The following areas require a detailed cleaning: 1) The corner next to the 3-compartment sink contain think build up of old food debris and standing water. Scrape out and clean area. 2) Under and behind the fryer contains heavy grease build up. Scrape, clean sanitize. 3) The shelf under the grill contains grease, char, and old food debris. Scrape, clean, and sanitize. New Violation.

General Remarks
|
This limited inspection took place in conjunction to the findings from Jan 17, 2025 and to reevaluate opening the facility. Upon arrival, the facility was closed to the public and owners were onsite. They had their Pest Control Operator in on Jan 17, 2025 and he is coming back today Jan 18, 2025. Facility has under gone a thorough cleaning and all pests - both alive and dead - have been removed. *Facility is going to contract with their Pest Control Operator to have them complete weekly inspections. These reports must be sent to the Department weekly. *Facility must conduct mandatory weekly cleanings before the Pest Control Operator comes to complete their inspections. *Facility must implement a daily cleaning check list, and all tasks must be completed before closing at night. Submit check list to Department. *Facility has satisfied its currant requirements for reopening.
